1. Understand how an Intro Paths campaign works

An Intro Path has three roles:

Role What it means
Sender The person whose network is used and whose email sends the introduction request.
Connector A person the sender already knows. The connector receives the email and is asked to make the introduction.
Target The person the sender ultimately wants to meet. This campaign does not contact the target directly.

The path is:

Sender → Connector → Target

For example, if Maya knows Jordan and Jordan knows Alex, the campaign emails Jordan to ask for an introduction to Alex.

A standard campaign ignores the Intro Paths column and contacts the people on the Source list directly. To contact connectors, use Create Intro Paths Campaign.
